These outcomes can prolong patient suffering, contribute to disease progression, and result in other adverse health outcomes that reduce patient well-being and increase morbidity. Mitigating and preventing drug shortages is a priority for FDA. This webinar will provide a general overview of CDER's Drug Shortage program, current shortage issues and challenges.
Objectives:
  • Explain how to utilize FDA's Drug Information, medication safety resources, and regulatory guidances to improve delivery of patient care and optimize outcomes.
